Sniffer operates under Trackers365.

This Fair Usage Policy sets out the rules and limitations for the use of GPS trackers purchased from Trackers365 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our GPS trackers, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Data Allowance

• Each GPS tracker includes a data allowance of 1.2GB or 10 years of service, whichever comes first. This will provide sufficient data for reasonable daily useage.
• If you approach your data limit, you will be notified via email and/or our website customer note system and offered the option to extend your data.

2. Lawful Use Only

• GPS trackers must only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with UK law.
• You must obtain consent from any person or entity being tracked.
• Using trackers to track individuals, vehicles, or property without consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

• GPS trackers rely on third-party networks (e.g., mobile carriers, satellites). Service interruptions or poor GPS signal may occur.
• Trackers are an aid to locating objects or people but do not guarantee success, and we are not legally liable if a tracked object or person cannot be found.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from:
  • Illegal use of trackers
  • Incorrect installation
  • Poor signal or network outages
  • Exceeding data limits without extending service

4. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses resulting from tracker failures, including lost business, lost opportunities, or other damages.

5. Fair Usage

• All usage must fall under reasonable and fair practices. Excessive use or abuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of your tracker service.
• We do not specify strict limits on update frequency or location requests, but reserve the right to intervene if usage is deemed abusive.

6. Breach of Policy

• Breaches of this Fair Usage Policy, including illegal use or misuse of data, may result in:
  • Suspension of service
  • Termination of service

7. Updates to Policy

• We reserve the right to update this Fair Usage Policy from time to time.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the policy, which will be available on our website.
