2. Liability

• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete location data.
• You are responsible for using the tracker legally and appropriately, in compliance with all UK laws and privacy regulations.

3. Environmental and Technical Factors

• Tracker performance may be affected by factors such as battery life, mobile coverage, GPS satellite availability, or interference.
• We make no guarantees of continuous or error-free operation, and service interruptions may occur.

4. Software Updates and Maintenance

• We reserve the right to modify or update tracker software, firmware, or services without prior notice.
• Users should update any associated app software whenever possible to ensure optimal tracker performance.
